At Do Me a Favor we are committed to making your event a success. We pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise. However, if you should be unhappy with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund, with the exception of personalized products, perishable merchandise, special order items, personalized ribbon, samples, bouquet jewelry, tiaras, card holders, cake toppers, purses and vases.
 
In the event that you receive items that are damaged or broken, we would send you a return shipping label and replace the damaged items at no cost to you, once the damaged/broken items had been returned. We will replace any damaged or defective items that you receive provided Do Me a Favor has the items available. If the goods are not currently available, we will issue you a refund for the damaged items. 

Defective & Damaged Products: If you receive any product from Do Me a Favor or affiliate sites that is manufacturer defective or is damaged during shipment, we will immediately exchange the unusable product for you without charge. A digital picture may be requested to validate the claim.

Missing Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is missing items please contact us immediately. We will be happy to supply any missing items if they are reported missing within 10 days of receipt. Please check your shipping confirmation email first. Some orders will ship in multiple shipments.


Shipping and Handling and "Rush" fees are not refundable. Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be in its original packaging. If you need a rush order, please contact us to discuss special arrangements. If you are ordering edibles during warm weather months or if need them to be shipped to a warm location, we recommend you purchase ice packs. We sell ice packs for $6.50 each. Each ice pack covers 40 chocolate favors. Please allow two week's notice on edible orders to avoid any rush fees. These items are handmade to order and many of these items have intricate details so they can be time consuming to produce where lead time is needed.    
 

Customers are responsible to provide a shipping address and a delivery date that someone be available to receive the shipment.  

Do Me a Favor will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any orders that may be left unattended/unsigned for (left by FedEx/UPS). Please arrange for someone to receive the order upon delivery. Items, particularly edible items, must not be left unattended as they are can be effected by weather conditions and can be prone to melting in warm weather months. Tracking will be provided when the order ships. We will not be responsible in the event that an edible item melts.  
 

*Shipping and Handling Rates and Information

All shipments will be made via UPS or Fed Ex Ground. Once we receive your order it takes about 2 days to process your order. You will receive your order within 7-10 business days in most cases. If you need your order to arrive sooner, please contact us for expidited shipping and handling rates and to make sure that we are able to accommodate your request.

If an order is placed after 4:00 PM Eastern Time, it will be considered placed the next business day. Also, if you are ordering any expedited shipment, please allow one business day before your order is shipped. 

*Please note:  We will not deliver to a PO Box. You must provide us with a valid street address.
