At Do Me a Favor we are committed to making your event a success. We pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise. However, if you should be unhappy with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund, with the exception of personalized products, perishable merchandise, special order items, personalized ribbon, samples, bouquet jewelry, tiaras, card holders, cake toppers, purses and vases.

In the event that you receive items that are damaged or broken, we would send you a return shipping label and replace the damaged items at no cost to you, once the damaged/broken items had been returned. We will replace any damaged or defective items that you receive provided Do Me a Favor has the items available. If the goods are not currently available, we will issue you a refund for the damaged items.

Defective & Damaged Products: If you receive any product from Do Me a Favor or affiliate sites that is manufacturer defective or is damaged during shipment, we will immediately exchange the unusable product for you without charge. A digital picture may be requested to validate the claim.

Missing Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is missing items please contact us immediately. We will be happy to supply any missing items if they are reported missing within 10 days of receipt. Please check your shipping confirmation email first. Some orders will ship in multiple shipments.

Shipping and Handling and "Rush" fees are not refundable. Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be in its original packaging. If you need a rush order, please contact us to discuss special arrangements.

All shipments will be made via UPS or Fed Ex Ground. Once we receive your order it takes about 2 days to process your order. You will receive your order within 7-10 business days.

If you need your order to arrive sooner, please contact us for shipping rates and handling rates to make sure that we are able to accommodate your request.

All Ground shipments will be charged based on the overall dollar amount of your order (see chart below). Exception: When ordering online custom printed invitations from our affiliate sites shipping charges are based on weight, not dollar amount.

If an order is placed after 4:00 PM Eastern Time, it will be considered placed the next business day. Also, if you are ordering any expedited shipment, please allow one business day before your order is shipped.

Payments
We accept payment by credit card only. We do not accept personal checks for orders placed online. Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped to Rhode Island.

*Please note: We will not deliver to a PO Box. Please provide us with a valid street address.

Note: We ship only to the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. There is an additional shipping charge $20.00 for all orders shipped outside of the continental U.S.

Chargeback & Returned Checks
In the event of an invalid chargeback the customer will be held responsible for the total order price plus any fees assessed by the financial institutions involved including but not limited to a $25.00 dispute fee.

Samples

You can purchase samples of favors. You will have to pay for the samples and the cost of shipping. Please let us know what samples you would like to order and we will let you know the cost. Please note: some of our favor samples are not always available if a minimum is specified. There are exceptions so be sure to contact us and ask.
